Problem before introduction
In manufacturing the seal material for the large-scale liquid crystal panel mass
production manufacturing, it very took a day in the vicinity only in an initial
mixture process for a high viscosity. |

Reason
for adoption made of our company, Result after introduction
It was a large-scale machine of best, and an initial mixture process was able
to be shortened greatly to during about 10 minutes from during a day for the manufacturing
lot of about 10-20kg/a day.
(Seems to be able to achieve efficiency improvement as the entire manufacturing
process though only the finish process to distribute the particle is done as usual
with the roll mill) |
