(1) Ct value, Tm value, Amplification curves, Melting curves (or
Standard curve), Melting peaks are automatically displayed on
the main screen.
(2) Qualitative Analysis: User can choose parameters for detection by setting threshold values of Ct and/or Tm and qualitative result (Positive or Negative) will be displayed automatically in “Detection” area of main screen.
(3) Quantitative Analysis: Software provides two analysis types for standard curve DNA quantitation and user can use one or two standard sample(s)
Fast Performance
GF-Q150 employs flat-shaped microfluidic chip and heating plate. Material thickness of the chip is only 0.1mm, which enables high efficiency of heat transfer. Ramp Rate is 8℃per second. Minimum 12 minutes for 30 cycles.
