Rapid DNA detection of meat species

GeneFields Animal 5/ GeneFields Animal 5 Plus employs multiplex PCR amplification and DNA chromatography technologies. PCR Oligo Mix provided in the kit contains primers required for amplification of DNA of 5 animal species, Pig, Cat, Dog, Mouse and Rat. It enables to simultaneously identify 5 animal species in a single test.

The Detection limit is as low as 100pg of DNA and as low as 0.01-0.1% of mixed meat (mixed DNA).
