The EpiDermFTTM has a human skin-like structure consisting of human- like Epidermis and Dermis
The EpiDermFTTM Full Thickness Skin Model produced from normal human derived epidermal keratinocytes(KC) and normal human derived dermal fibroblasts(FB), consists of in vivo like epidermis and dermis.
This model can enable in vitro study of dermal phenomena in which fibroblast-keratinocyte cell interactions and provides a useful in vitro means to assess dermal irritency and toxicology.
