Rapidl identify multiple bacterial pathogens
GeneFields-Bacteria Kit employs Multiplex PCR and DNA Chromatography technologies to rapidly and simultaneously identify Salmonella spp., Shigella spp and Verotoxin-producing Escherichia coli, which are considered to be gastroenteritis pathogens.
PCR Oligo Mix provided in the kit contains primers required for amplification of invA(Salmonella spp.), ipaH(Shigella spp.), VT1 and VT2(Verotoxin-producing Escherichia coli) genes. It enables to simultaneously identify 4 genes of 3 pathogens in a single test.
2-Step Detection. DNA Extraction is not required.
