QuickGene-Auto240L can process 24 samples (2 ml blood collection tube) automatically. The blood collection tube can be set as it is, contributing to save labor.
Sample ID management function
The barcode reader which is installed inside the instrument can manage operation information. It can be exported to external memory media.
Collect high yield and high purity DNA
The yield of isolated DNA from 2 ml fresh human whole blood is approx. over 50 µg. *
The extracted high yield and high purity genomic DNA is applicable to downstream analysis such as RT-PCR and Next Generation Sequencing.
