Automated Dispensing System

KURABO Automated Dispensing System　offers a wide range of dispensing systems for the planetary centrifugal mixer Mazerustar, from small quantities as small as 1 g to on-site production dispensing.
They are used for dispensing liquids, pastes, and powders such as dyes, inks, paints, and LEDs.
The system can be expanded in units, so it can be designed to meet your needs.

System Linups

1. For high visous material such as sealing materials

Basic system with 4 bottoles of liquids.
High viscosity materials such as epoxy are placed in the pressurized tank.
Since the entire material bottle is inserted for use, material replacement and cleaning are easy.

2. For binder and filler material such as conductive pastes

Compact system with 2 bottles of liquids and 2 bottles of powders.
Liquid and powder dispensing can be done with a single machine.
Powder feeder is removable for easy replacement.

3. Full-automated system for production or research and development

Full-automated system with 5 bottles of liquids and 3 bottles of powders.
Liquid and powder dispensing can be done with a single machine.
The system automatically supplies empty containers and discharges them after dispensing.
