KURABO's switching system enables the inspection that was conventionally required with multiple optical systems in one scan.
The high-resolution camera and high-brightness illumination detect defects with image capture technology that is not available from other companies.
High resolution automatic double-sided inspection machine
This is a high-speed, automatic double-sided machine, which is one of the highest models of our company, with a resolution of 3.5μm to 16μm. It is capable of inspection processing up to 4seconds per sheet, and supports multiple scans depending on the field of view.
